Turn right into Shiphay Lane, the Pitch is at Torquay Boys' Grammar School, up the hill and second left into Shiphay Manor Drive From Plymouth ( via Totnes ) Turn left onto the A380 Torbay Ring Road at Marldon, continue to the end of the ring road, turn right at the roundabout onto the A3022 new dual carriageway.
